Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any mechanism for Congress to enforce its will on the Executive branch to comply with requests for information like Massie has made. If a few of these “insolent” bureaucrats found themselves behind bars for awhile because of their foot dragging I imagine the cooperation level would improve pretty quickly. Thomas Massie is a national treasure and Kentucky should be proud to have him.
